• Make a start-up deposit in a financial institution in the region where you plan to work:
  • C$25,000 if practicing outside the Montréal Metropolitan Community (MMC)
  • C$50,000 if practicing within the MMC area
• Have a minimum net worth of C$100,000, either individually or combined with your spouse/common-law partner, with proof of legal source of funds
• Have at least two years of experience as a self-employed worker in your intended profession or trade in Québec
• Obtain an attestation of learning about Québec’s democratic values and values
  • Spouse (16+ years) and dependent children (18+ years) must also obtain this attestation
